This program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, customer support messages, and occasional service-related notifications to users who have booked an appointment with VAM through our website or scheduling forms and have opted in to receive SMS messages.

    Opt-Out & Cancellation Instructions

    You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the phone number that sent you the message. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

    If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
